How to apply (by SMS)
- Send the 1st SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number. You will receive a PIN and the required fee amount in a return SMS. To confirm, send the 2nd SMS with the PIN. The fee will be deducted from your Teletalk mobile balance.
Board challenge (rescrutiny) typically starts the day after the result publication and continues for one week. A Teletalk prepaid SIM must be used to apply.
